These terms apply when you create a patient account on GetHair Egypt to research clinics and book hair transplant appointments. Please read them before registering.
Our role as a platform
GetHair Egypt is an online platform that helps international patients compare Egyptian hair transplant clinics and helps clinics reach them. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat or advise on medical matters, and medical services are provided solely by the clinics and their licensed professionals.
Account accuracy and security
You must give accurate and current information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Consent and suitability
Choosing a procedure is your decision. You should consult the clinic's medical team about whether treatment is suitable for you, including your health history, medications and expectations. You confirm that information you give to clinics is truthful and complete, and that you are of legal age to consent to treatment in your jurisdiction.
Clinic information
Clinic profiles, photos and prices are provided by clinics. Costs shown are indicative and the final plan and price are confirmed with the clinic. Check licensing, procedure details and aftercare arrangements with the clinic before you commit.
Bookings, deposits and cancellation
Bookings are arrangements between you and the clinic. Review the amount and deposit shown during checkout. Before paying, obtain the clinic's written terms for the final balance, cancellation, refunds and rescheduling; do not proceed if these are unclear. A deposit does not by itself guarantee refund eligibility, and mandatory consumer rights still apply. Remaining balances may be payable directly to the clinic.
Privacy and data essentials
Information you provide, such as your name, email address and booking details, is used to operate your account, show relevant information to the clinic you choose, process bookings and payments, and keep the platform secure. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. Health-related details you choose to share may be visible to the clinic you contact; avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. You retain the data protection rights available under applicable law. These terms do not replace any legally required privacy notice.
No guaranteed results
Hair transplant outcomes vary between individuals. Nothing on the platform, including clinic profiles, photos, or indicative prices, is a promise or guarantee of any result, price or availability.
Travel and personal arrangements
You are responsible for your own travel, visa, accommodation and insurance arrangements, and for following pre- and post-procedure instructions given by your clinic.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care, and we are not responsible for medical advice, treatment or outcomes provided by clinics. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may publish updated terms with a new version date. Changes do not retroactively change the version you accepted or remove rights relating to an existing booking. Material changes requiring consent will not bind you without that consent. The version accepted at registration is recorded with your account.
