These terms apply when you register a clinic on GetHair Egypt to list your services and receive bookings from international patients. The person registering confirms they are authorised to act for the clinic.
Our role as a platform
GetHair Egypt is an online platform that helps international patients compare Egyptian hair transplant clinics and helps clinics reach them. We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat or advise on medical matters, and medical services are provided solely by the clinics and their licensed professionals.
Account accuracy and security
You must give accurate and current information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Licensing and qualifications
You confirm that the clinic and the practitioners who treat patients hold all licences, registrations and permissions required by applicable law, and that you will keep them valid. You must be able to provide evidence on request.
Accurate listings and pricing
Your profile, descriptions, facilities, availability and prices must be accurate, current and not misleading. Indicative prices must reflect what patients can reasonably expect, and any significant extra charges should be disclosed. Do not describe results as guaranteed.
Photos, uploads and consent
You may upload only material you own or have the right to use. Before uploading images of patients, you must hold their documented consent for the intended public use and respect their privacy. You grant GetHair Egypt a non-exclusive licence to display uploaded material on the platform for as long as your listing is active. You may remove material at any time, and we may remove material that breaches these terms.
Admin approval and suspension
New clinic listings may be reviewed before they appear publicly. We may approve, reject, suspend or remove a listing where information appears inaccurate, unlicensed or unsafe, or where these terms are breached. Where reasonable, we will tell you the reason.
Patient care, bookings and aftercare
You are solely responsible for medical assessment, treatment, informed consent and aftercare. Booking, deposit, payment and cancellation terms you apply must be clearly shown to patients before they pay. You must honour confirmed bookings in line with those terms and keep payment account details you provide accurate.
Patient data and privacy
You may use patient information received through the platform only to provide care and manage bookings, and must protect it using appropriate safeguards and applicable data protection law.
No guaranteed results
Hair transplant outcomes vary between individuals. Nothing on the platform, including clinic profiles, photos, or indicative prices, is a promise or guarantee of any result, price or availability.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Each party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. We are responsible for operating the platform with reasonable care, and we are not responsible for medical advice, treatment or outcomes provided by clinics. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may publish updated terms with a new version date. Changes do not retroactively change the version you accepted or remove rights relating to an existing booking. Material changes requiring consent will not bind you without that consent. The version accepted at registration is recorded with your account.
